Renovation with Second Story Addition
A substantial addition of 4,000 square feet
was added to the two story brick renovation
of this Lake Adair home. Using much of the
existing foundation and maintaining the traditional
feel of the neighborhood were important to
the owners. A gorgeous kitchen, attractive
red oak floors and marble baths enhance the
interior with an elegant oak staircase as
the finishing touch. Outside, a large landscape
brick wall, sparkling pool and concrete slate
roof give a stately presentation to the home.
A three car, air conditioned garage completes
the transformation.
