The remodel of this home required a complete
elevation change from Ranch to Mediterranean
style. Enhancements to all bedrooms and living
areas were focused on showcasing views of
beautiful Lake Down. Balconies and porches
form these areas open to the lake as well
as the renovated pool and new boat dock.
A complete workshop accesses a walk out stone
patio and the porte cochere accents the front
entryway. Installation of a high performance
energy package provides efficient environmental
comfort for the family.
